We are seeking a Quality Auditing Specialist (Talent & HR - Talent Management) with 7–11 years of copyediting and instructional material review experience to ensure clear language, adherence to style guides, and high-quality HR content.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.
• Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of English grammar and style guides; familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style or in-house guides.
• Ability to work with strict timelines and adjust to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review project deliverables to ensure instructional quality meets objectives and product specifications.
• Ensure content is free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors; maintain conciseness and clarity.
• Adhere to agreed style guides and client standards; maintain consistency in formatting and terminology.
• Identify common errors, track issues, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA Lead to establish style guidelines for client projects.

What would you do?

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards.

• 7 to 11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.
• Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

• Familiarity with style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or in house style guides

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review project deliverables to ensure:
• Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable.
• They are free of spelling or grammatical or punctuation errors.
• Conciseness and clarity.
• Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable.
• Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone or voice).
• Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable.
• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.
• Track and communicate errors in the defined categories for each deliverable and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects.
• Flag and elevate discrepancies, unclear guidance, or evolving expectations in client standards and preferences.
• Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reviews, including time tracking and reporting logs, and contribute to QA dashboards or metrics reports.
• Work with the QA Lead and client stakeholders in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality.
• Create and develop mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality.
• Engage with team members to track and report engagement drivers and identify challenges and successes.
• Provide project feedback to reporting team members in a timely manner.
• Track growth opportunities and areas of development for reporting team members.
