Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.

Responsibilities

• Review project deliverables to ensure instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications.
• Ensure content is free of spelling, grammatical or punctuation errors.
• Maintain conciseness and clarity; reduce repetition unless required by design.
• Comply with the agreed style guide and client standards (including tone/voice).
• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and work with QA Lead to establish client style guides.

What would you do?

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Analyst ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards.

• Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review project deliverables to ensure:
• Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable.
• They are free of spellingorgrammaticalorpunctuation errors.
• Conciseness and clarity.
• Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable.
• Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including toneorvoice).
• Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable.
• Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.
• Track and communicate errors in defined categories for each deliverable.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects.
• Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables.
• Provide reporting documents to the QA Lead as needed.
• Work with the QA Lead in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality.
• Help in the creation of mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality.
• Maintain a log of projects to ensure proper time tracking.
