Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Customer Support vertical. You will analyze queries, resolve escalations, and close faults within SLA while upholding quality standards across audits and compliance processes.

The role emphasizes QA, quality management, and effective collaboration with peers. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of working in shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is acceptable.
• Experience in quality assurance, audits, or compliance preferred.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet SLA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s.
• Quality control is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production.
• Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk.
• Establish processes to audit validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
