Job summary

IQRA Quality Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks on-site inspectors to be deployed at Bhilai and Chennai for a 3-6 month project, performing comprehensive quality inspections across raw materials, welding, NDT, and coating stages.

Candidates should hold a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, possess Level II NDT certification (LPT/UT/MPT/RT/VT), and have experience with structural steel fabrication along with AWS and AMSE standards.

Qualifications

• Required on-site inspection of raw materials, welding and NDT tests.
• Ability to review inspection reports and issue IRNs.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication.

Responsibilities

• On-site deputation at Bhilai & Chennai for 3-6 months.
• Conduct comprehensive quality inspections across raw materials, third-party lab testing, fit-up, final weld, NDT, blasting and coating.
• Review and certify materials, stage and final inspection reports; issue IRN.
• Issue observations and NCs for non-conformances.
• Reading and referring to structural steel drawings.

Role Description

• The inspector should be deputed on site at Bhilai & Chennai for 3-6 Months project
• whole quality inspections from raw materials inspection, Third party lab testings, Fit up inspection, final weld and NDT testing, Blasting inspection, Coating inspection.
• Review, Verification and certification of all materials, stage and final inspection reports and issue of IRN.
• Issue of Observations and NC's for non compliances.
• Good hands on reading and referring structural steel Drawings.
• Worked in structural Steel fabrication
• Issuance of daily flash report & consolidated weekly report

Qualifications

• Diploma, BE, B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Level II NDT certification is must. (LPT,UT,MPT,RT,VT)
• Should be well versed into structural steel fabrication along with AWS & AMSE standards
