Job summary

Lmteq Llp seeks an experienced Lead QA – ServiceNow ATF to steer QA across ServiceNow implementations and custom apps. You will define strategies, oversee ATF test cases, and ensure robust test coverage and timely delivery across projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow ATF experience, strong testing knowledge, and a proactive mentoring approach within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/testing, with ServiceNow testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience in developing test strategies, plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with defect management and QA tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes within Agile teams.
• Ability to review requirements, identify testing risks, and ensure coverage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor QA team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities across ServiceNow projects and implementations.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements.
• Develop, configure, execute, and maintain ServiceNow ATF test cases and test suites.
• Ensure adequate test coverage across custom applications, workflows, catalog items, integrations, and ServiceNow modules.
• Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and upgrade testing.
• Review test cases and automation scripts to ensure quality, coverage, and maintainability.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular QA status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide QA team members on testing practices, ServiceNow ATF, automation, and defect management.
• Establish and improve QA processes, standards, checklists, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, defect triage, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure QA deliverables are completed within project timelines and meet defined quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
