Accenture in India is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with 3–5 years of experience. The role focuses on operational audit, compliance, and quality checks within the customer support domain to ensure SLA adherence and effective risk mitigation.

You will perform audits, manage resolutions of customer queries, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the operations team.

Qualifikationen

• Any Graduation is required.
• Experience requested: 3 to 5 years in QA/audit/compliance roles.

• You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLAs.
• Quality control is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production.
• Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk.
• Establish processes to audit validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.
