Job summary

MSI Services Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated Order Management Associate for an international BPO. You will liaise with customers and US stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and ensure accurate processing of invoices, orders, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / masters with 1–4 years in INTERNATIONAL BPO, order management preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) with all levels.
• Strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel; Word; Access (optional).

• Ability to work with others across organizations with minimal supervision and accountability until resolution.

Responsibilities

• Verifying docs processed by invoicing team with standard procedures.
• Generating periodical compliance reports.
• Processing internal branch transfers as per business requirements.
• Working on audit processes of supply chain including freight, POs, and shipment status.
• Validating documents uploaded in the system per standard procedures.
• Serving as liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.
• Providing information and assistance to inventory and warehouse personnel for expeditious processing of damaged/defective merchandise.
• Performing additional duties as required.

1. Verifying the Docs processed by invoicing team with standard procedure

2. Generating periodical compliance reports

3. Processing the Internal Branch transfers as per the business requirement

4. Work on different audits process of supply chain which involves freight, open Sales / Purchase Orders, local purchase and shipped status.

5. Validation of the documents uploaded in the system with standard procedure

6. Serve as liaison with third-party delivery service to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.

7. Provide information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to allow for expeditious processing of damaged and defective merchandise.

8. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors / master’s degree with a minimum of 1 – 4years of experience in INTERNATIONAL BPO, specialization in the Order Management is preferred.

2. The candidate should have relationship management skills since the job will involve Liaoning with customers and US stakeholders.
