Job summary

Etelligens is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support global transaction services across order management, procurement, logistics execution, inventory, invoicing and reporting. The role ensures accurate ERP transactions and coordinates with US/European partners, warehouses, and logistics providers.

The candidate should have strong supply chain knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent communication skills to support stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Experience in supply chain operations and order management across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and amend Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Process order releases, cancellations, returns, and amendments.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor transaction queues and resolve processing exceptions.
• Execute shipment confirmation activities and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Process shipping documentation and transportation-related transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and investigate shipment issues.
• Support inventory reconciliations, stock transfers, and ERP record alignment.
• Assist in invoice creation, verification, and month-end close readiness.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; provide status updates.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards; support KPI reporting.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support global supply chain transaction services across order management, procurement operations, logistics execution, inventory transactions, invoicing, and reporting activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of supply chain transactions across ERP systems while coordinating with internal teams, logistics providers, warehouses, and international business partners.The ideal candidate should possess strong supply chain operations knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively support stakeholders across the US and Europe.

Job Profile Supply Chain Logistics

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Transaction Management

• Create, maintain, and amend Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Process order releases, cancellations, returns, and amendments.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor transaction queues and resolve processing exceptions.

Logistics & Shipment Execution

• Execute shipment confirmation activities.
• Process shipping documentation and transportation-related transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse teams.
• Investigate and resolve shipment execution issues.

Inventory & Reconciliation

• Perform inventory reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Support inventory adjustments, stock transfers, and inventory corrections.
• Ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP records.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies appropriately.

Invoice & Financial Transactions

• Support invoice creation, verification, and issue resolution.
• Ensure transaction completion before month-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to resolve outstanding issues.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate with business stakeholders, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Provide timely updates on order, inventory, and shipment status.
• Participate in operational review meetings.

Reporting

• Prepare operational reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate records of open issues and action plans.
• Support KPI reporting and service-level monitoring.

Required QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
