Job summary

TP is recruiting a Quality Analyst to lead audits, implement quality controls, and drive improvements across processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, analyze trends, and enhance customer satisfaction through adherence to global standards.

The role requires applying ISO 9001 and Six Sigma practices, strong analytical abilities, and clear communication with diverse stakeholders to sustain high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO or similar setting, preferably international.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and data interpretation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with focus on high-quality results.
