Job summary

Swan Realty is seeking a Project QS & Billing professional to oversee end-to-end quantity surveying and billing for projects in Mumbai. You will verify site measurements, certify contractor bills and manage BOQs, estimates, and rate analyses.

The role requires strong collaboration with Site Engineers and the Project Manager to ensure accurate measurement verification, progress tracking, and alignment with budgets and contractual terms.

Qualifications

• End-to-end quantity surveying and project billing experience.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, take-offs and rate analysis.
• Strong ability to monitor costs against budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end QS and project billing activities.
• Prepare, verify and certify contractor/subcontractor bills based on site measurements and executed quantities.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
• Monitor quantities and costs against approved BOQs, contracts and budgets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Manager for measurement verification and work progress.
• Review contractor claims, variations, extra items and deviations.
• Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs, bills, contracts and other commercial documentation.
• Support cost control, budget estimation and variation/change-order management.
• Identify and highlight quantity/cost deviations to project management.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve billing and measurement discrepancies.
• Ensure billing is in line with contractual terms, approved drawings, specifications and actual site execution.

Candidates currently working as Project QS, Quantity Surveyor, QS & Billing Engineer, Billing Engineer, Senior Billing Engineer or Commercial Engineer Projects with strong hands-on experience in project billing and quantity surveying.
