We are looking for a dynamic Logistics & MIS Executive to manage warehouse logistics operations and ensure accurate MIS reporting. The role involves coordinating dispatch and transportation, monitoring inventory movement, and generating operational reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations at the warehouse.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Monitor daily dispatch planning and shipment tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, delivery, and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics and warehouse operations.
• Maintain records of stock movement, dispatch, receipts, and delivery status.
• Analyze operational data and highlight gaps or improvements.
• Generate reports using MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Support management with dashboards and performance tracking.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics coordination
• Good analytical skills with advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
• Experience working with ERP / Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
