Job Title: MIS Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform data entry and validation in SAP and other ERP systems
• Update and monitor Logipulse / WMS data on a daily basis
• Track and reconcile crate / asset movements using Excel
• Generate and maintain STN, LR, and dispatch-related documents
• Conduct cycle count and physical inventory reconciliation
• Analyze variances and share reports with operations and management
• Prepare monthly review presentations and performance summaries
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
• Support warehouse and operations teams with system and MIS requirements
• Handle ad-hoc Excel-based analysis and reporting tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data mismatches and discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reviews
