Job summary

Expleo Group in Pune, India seeks a QA Lead to define and drive end-to-end QA strategy across Web, Mobile, API, POS, OMS and ERP. You will lead testing for Product, Catalog, Search, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout and Payments, ensuring data integrity and cross-platform compatibility.

The role requires ownership of test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release readiness, with a focus on automation (Selenium, Playwright, Appium) and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy across Web, Mobile, API, POS, OMS and ERP.
• Lead testing for Product, Catalog, Search, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout and Payments.
• Own test planning, estimation, execution, defect management and release readiness.
• Drive Web, Mobile, API, Integration, Regression and End‑to‑End testing.
• Establish and expand test automation using Selenium/Playwright/Appium/API automation.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve regression efficiency.
• Lead performance, scalability and reliability testing for peak retail events.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device and mobile compatibility.
• Validate data integrity across eCommerce, OMS, ERP, CRM, POS, payment and logistics systems.
• Drive defect triage, RCA, defect leakage reduction and production quality.
• Implement QA governance, quality gates, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Business and Operations teams.
• Manage and mentor QA, Automation and QE teams.
• Drive Shift-Left, Quality Engineering and AI-assisted testing initiatives.
• Manage QA vendors/partners and ensure quality, productivity and delivery SLAs.
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and QA cost optimization.
