Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India is seeking a QA automation engineer to build and maintain automated test suites across frontend and backend. You will work with three squads to embed quality into feature development and participate in agile ceremonies.

You will design end-to-end tests, monitor test coverage, and contribute to testing strategies while collaborating with product managers and engineering leads to define test scenarios and reproduce bugs for fast fixes.

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in QA automation or software engineering roles with a testing focus.
Experience developing automated tests for web applications (frontend or backend).
Familiarity with at least one E2E/Browser Automation framework (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and one Unit Framework (xUnit, Jest, NUnit).
Ability to read and write code in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or similar.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Ability to work within an agile engineering environment.

Requirements
