Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced QA Analyst focused on automation to lead the QA lifecycle within an Agile framework. You will design and implement automation test strategies, build and maintain test automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft comprehensive test plans.

You will execute both manual and automated testing, analyze results for defects, and contribute to performance testing strategies while leveraging tools like Selenium,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of SDLC & Bug Life Cycle Management.
• Designing and implementing automation test strategies.
• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual & automation testing, analyze results for discrepancies and defects.
• Good experience in Browser Stack & Accessibility testing.
• Exposure in Load testing framework and capable of creating the performance test strategy.
• Preparing & Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience using automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Ability to create In Sprint automation with proper coverage for sprint releases.
• Hands on experience in automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution of deployments.
• Hands on experience in API testing through different approaches like Testfully, Postman.
• Working experience in SAFe Agile environment.
• Hands on experience in Eclipse, Maven/Jenkins.
• Hands on experience in database testing.
• Extensive experience in End-to-End Automation Test Design and creation.
• Coordinate with Dev, PO teams and assist in RCA of defects.
• Knowledge of Azure Devops is a plus.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps is required.
