Job summary

Trustfinity Services And Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced SDET/QA engineer to lead automation initiatives across web, mobile, API, and backend systems. You’ll design scalable frameworks, improve testing practices, and drive production readiness with strong coding skills.

The role requires 4–6 years in QA, hands-on with Java/JS/Python, API testing, CI/CD, and modern tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Docker.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Automation & Engineering Quality

• Design and build scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Establish tools and practices for automated integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines enforce quality gates and automated validations.

System Debugging & Reliability

• Perform debugging and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Troubleshoot databases, APIs, logs, and infrastructure-level issues.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams during production incidents.
• Improve observability, reliability, and quality monitoring practices.

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align on release quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Backend, DevOps, Support, and Product teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and release governance.
• Mentor engineers on clean coding, testing practices, and quality engineering principles.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in SDET/QA engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with:

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS.
