Macquarie Bank Limited in Gurugram invites you to join a global team building Applications and Data Pipelines that enable business transformations. You’ll work in an evolving DevOps and Agile culture with end-to-end ownership of solutions.

In this role you will work within an agile framework to define requirements, design and architecture, and deliver cost-effective solutions while collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders across the globe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Python, data pipelines, and microservices in a DevOps setup.
• Exposure to serverless technologies.
• Skills in CI/CD, containers, Apache Airflow, relational and NoSQL databases, monitoring, observability and secrets management.
• Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, load balancing and basic networking; experience with BigQuery & DBT.
• Understanding of design patterns, testing methodologies and overall SDLC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide support to business stakeholders as part of a DevOps team.
• Understanding of Secure by Design principles, design patterns and various testing.
• Comfort in proposing designs, gathering feedback from stakeholders, building reusable solutions.
• Experience in Finance Industry; ideally within Asset Management.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be working within agile framework, defining business requirements, create/improve solution design and architecture and deliver cost effective solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a broad range of engineers and business stakeholders across the globe and picking up finance acumen along the way.

What you offer

• +3 years of hands-on experience in working with Python, building data pipelines and microservices in a DevOps setup - build and run your code.
• Exposure to Serverless technologies.
