Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a data engineering role in Hyderabad. You will design, develop and support cloud-first solutions, collaborating with global teams to deliver technology for asset management.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience with Python and React or Angular, plus CI/CD, AWS, DevOps and Apache Airflow. You will work in an agile environment and contribute to secure design practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Python and React or Angular are mandatory.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, AWS Cloud, DevOps, Apache Airflow and containers.
• Building scalable and supportable applications in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding Secure by Design Principles, Design Patterns and Testing methodologies.
• Experience in asset management and/or data management is beneficial.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will engage in a wide breadth of work, as projects will span both the public and private markets business. You will embrace a cloud-first approach and implement market-leading vendor solutions, staying at the forefront of new technologies. With a strong sense of ownership, you will design, develop, and support our solutions. Moreover, you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, delivering solutions that support our business in all regions.

What you offer

• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant technical experience. Python and React or Angular experience is mandatory
