Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an Executive/Assistant Manager - Full Stack Engineer to join our Risk Technology team and contribute to quantitative risk platforms that support global middle and back-office functions.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end software solutions, including testing, deployment, and upgrades, while providing production support and ensuring system stability and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong experience in Java or Python.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience in RDBMS, SQL, JPA or Hibernate.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, EC2 and EKS) and CI/CD pipelines and security controls.
• Ability to use AI‑assisted development tools, apply DevOps practices, manage incidents and stakeholders, and deliver in an agile environment.
• Experience working with GRC Platforms such as SAS Viya MRM and OpenPages.
