Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a candidate in Hyderabad to tackle AWS Cloud customer issues, manage communications, and enhance support processes. In this role, you will work with technology teams to drive application and infrastructure deployment, ensuring AWS Cloud solutions are adopted effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in public/private cloud environments with multi-cloud workload migration experience.
• Broad knowledge of system integration considering architecture, security, and resilience.
• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools and well-versed in networking and security.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will diagnose and resolve AWS Cloud customer issues, manage service-wide communications, and improve support processes. You will collaborate with technology teams to transform application and infrastructure deployment, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of AWS Cloud solutions.
