Job summary

Grun Power is seeking a procurement specialist for its Noida West project site to manage end-to-end solar EPC material purchases. You will source modules, inverters, BOS, cables, transformers and related electrical components for C&I Solar deployments.

The role requires strong solar industry experience, vendor development skills, and excellent negotiation capabilities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewable Energy industry.
• Strong preference for C&I Solar procurement experience.
• Knowledge of Solar PV, BOS and electrical materials.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement for C&I Solar EPC projects.
• Source and procure solar modules, inverters, MMS, cables, LT/HT panels, transformers, BOS and electrical materials.
• Develop and manage solar-industry vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely material availability at project sites.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores and Finance teams.
• Monitor vendor performance, procurement costs and delivery timelines.
