Job summary

United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to manage material purchasing for construction projects. You will identify reliable vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within real estate or construction, with hands-on BOQ and ERP/Inventory systems knowledge. Strong negotiation and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement and Inventory Management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Must have handled procurement activities for at least one complete real estate/construction project, from initial procurement through project completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction material procurement and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of BOQ, ERP/Inventory Management Systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be dedicated, responsible, and loyal towards work and the organization.

Responsibilities
