Job summary

Grover Sweets in Delhi seeks a procurement and store professional to manage end-to-end material sourcing and stock control. You will handle receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires negotiating with vendors, preparing POs, and tracking orders via ERP, while generating MIS reports and ensuring SOP compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement and inventory control.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
• Proficiency in ERP-based procurement and stock tracking.
• Ability to manage PO creation and order follow-up.
• Strong understanding of store operations, receiving and issue processes.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, packaging materials, M&R items, chemicals, QA tools, and other items required for operations.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution through ERP.
• Manage daily store operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct regular physical stock verification, and document movements.
• Monitor stock ageing, expiry, wastage, and inventory losses.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance and Operations for timely material availability.
• Maintain purchase and inventory transactions in ERP and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with purchase, inventory controls and SOPs.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution through ERP.
• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward material movement and inventory records.
• Monitor stock ageing, expiry, wastage, and inventory losses.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Operations for timely material availability.
• Maintain purchase and inventory transactions in ERP and prepare MIS reports.
