Job summary

Black Pepper is seeking a procurement leader to oversee end-to-end procurement for a QSR chain across India. You will drive sourcing strategies, build robust vendor networks, and ensure uninterrupted supply for rapid outlet expansion.

You will partner with cross-functional teams on new product launches, negotiate favorable terms, manage costs, and optimize logistics and ERP/inventory processes to support growth. Experience in food-service procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Procurement professional with QSR, restaurant or food-service experience.
• Experience in vendor development, negotiations, cost control, logistics and ERP/inventory systems.
