Akshaya Chaitanya in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Head of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing for food and beverage operations. You will oversee supplier audits, cost optimization, inventory planning, and KPI reporting to senior management. Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decisions required. Hospital, school, catering or hospitality familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain management, preferably in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food sourcing, seasonal availability, pricing trends, and logistics.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement software and data-driven decision-making.
