Job summary

Greko Foods And Retails is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for its restaurant operations. You will ensure quality products, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials to support daily operations.

You will build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor inventory and MIS reporting to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for restaurants, hospitality, or F&B sectors.
• Strong vendor negotiation and cost-control capabilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement analytics.
