The Kiran Group is looking for an experienced Purchase Projects professional to handle end-to-end procurement for industrial and warehousing projects. The role involves managing CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO procurement, vendor development, contract management, cost optimization, and timely procurement of project materials and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage procurement of project materials, equipment, and services.
2. Handle CAPEX, OPEX & MRO procurement activities.
3. Prepare technical and commercial bid comparisons.
4. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize vendors.
5. Draft and administer purchase contracts and agreements.
6. Build strong Vendor & Supplier Relationship Management (VRM/SRM).
7. Ensure timely closure of Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
8. Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Site teams.
9. Track procurement schedules and prepare MIS reports.
10. Resolve vendor and procurement-related issues.
11. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual terms.
12. Drive cost optimization and continuous process improvements.

5. Leadership mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
