Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in IT Infrastructure or System Integration.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.
• Knowledge of IT products such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Center, and Cloud solutions.
• Experience in quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, Purchase Orders, and order management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reports
