Job summary

North Nile Consultancy Nigeria Limited in Vadodara, India seeks an experienced IT procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and related IT amenities while maintaining timely deliveries and strong vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in IT purchasing including hardware, software, license renewals and vendor negotiations,

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Purchase - Hardware, Software, License renewal, Vendor negotiations etc.
• Candidate with experience in IT industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services.
• Sourcing , negotiating and procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, networking equipment, and related services.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate bids and negotiate commercial terms.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Manager vendor relationships, contracts , renewals and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor market trends to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
