We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in the Real Estate / Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of all materials related to building construction.
• Leading a team of Senior Manager/Managers/Officers and Executives for timely and cost-effective procurement of all construction material.
• Ensuring desired growth in reduction of cost with best quality parameters by selection of good vendors and material.
• Introduction of new available material.
• Verification of specification of material been indented from sites for better understanding of the product.
• Analysis of cost comparative statements for better negotiations as per the specified budgets.
• Entering into long terms and short term contracts for material having volatile nature of pricing to optimize the price escalations.
• Complete vendor management, which includes building long term relationship with the vendors, managing payments for them etc.

Requirements
