Job summary

WINDOW WORLD in Mohali is seeking a procurement professional to develop and implement strategies ensuring timely availability of materials for construction projects, with emphasis on glass, aluminum systems, windows, and façade materials. You will build reliable supplier networks and drive cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Manage procurement of glass, aluminum systems, windows, façade materials, hardware, sealants, and other construction items.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and site teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to support purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor agreements, and procurement reports.
• Resolve supplier performance issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Track procurement budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously.
