ACCORR Systems, a leading façade materials supplier, seeks a Purchase Head to lead procurement of aluminum profiles, hardware, glass and related materials. You will build supplier relations, negotiate terms, and ensure on‑time delivery for projects.

Strong leadership and budgeting skills are required to drive cost efficiency and quality across teams. Experience in aluminium façade, glazing, or construction is essential; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years procurement experience in façade/construction.
• Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.

ACCORR Systems is one of the leading manufacturers and installers of customized Architectural Aluminium Systems, Glass Facade, Dry Cladding, Fins, Glass Glazing, Spider fittings, Patch Fittings, skylights, various types of Railings, Doors and Windows, Aluminium Panel Cladding as well as Aluminium composite panel cladding for the commercial, retail and top-end residential market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement of aluminum profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, gaskets, and related façade materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements and BOQs.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
• Track market trends to identify and source cost-effective and high-quality materials.
• Evaluate and finalize vendor selection based on quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and store teams for material planning.
• Ensure adherence to procurement budgets and cost-control strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure material specifications are met.
• Handle import documentation and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly purchase reports for management review.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or PG in Materials Management preferred.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in procurement within aluminum façade, glazing, or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, façade hardware, and building material specifications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor development skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with projects, stores, and finance departments.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
