Qualifications

• MBA in Operations Management mandatory.
• 3–4 years procurement experience in automotive ancillary or Tier 1 supplier.
• Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Raise and monitor purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory levels.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Track market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.
• Maintain documentation for audits, vendor evaluations, and management reporting.
• Assist in new product development (NPD) sourcing activities.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Senior Executive with 3–4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing within the automotive ancillary sector. The candidate should hold an MBA in Operations and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth procurement of critical materials, driving cost efficiency, and maintaining supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations
