Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd. is hiring a Purchase Executive for Budni/Noida to manage PO creation, vendor onboarding and end-to-end procurement in SAP S/4HANA.

You will coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Operations and Planning, monitor vendor performance, and contribute to savings through negotiated sourcing. 1–2 years of procurement experience in an industrial setting and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar procurement/CRM platforms.
• Strong communication & follow-up skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• PO Creation, processing & timely release of POs.
• Vendor onboarding: documentation & compliance for new vendors.
• Material follow-ups: ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving delays.
• Coordination with Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning for smooth procurement flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Creation, processing & timely release of POs
• Vendor Onboarding: Registration, documentation & compliance for new vendors
• Material Follow-ups: Ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving supply delays
• Coordination: Liaising with internal teams – Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning – to ensure smooth procurement flow
• SAP S/4HANA Operations: End-to-end procurement cycle handling within SAP system
• RFQ & Comparative Analysis: Floating enquiries, preparing quotes & cost analysis for decision‑making
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Tracking quality, lead time & service levels
• Cost Awareness: Supporting alternate sourcing & negotiations to achieve savings

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles in an industrial environment
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar procurement/CRM platforms
• Strong communication & follow‑up skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
