Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive to join its procurement team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management, with expertise in SAP MM and the P2P cycle.

You will handle end-to-end procurement, issue RFQs, release Purchase Orders, and coordinate with vendors and internal stores, planning, and accounts.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
• Proficient in SAP MM and P2P processes.
• Excellent vendor negotiation & price analysis skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordination and follow‑up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data and records in Excel.
• Developing new vendors and strengthening supplier base.
• Price analysis and effective negotiation with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
• Cross‑functional coordination with stores, planning, and accounts.
