Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions invites a dynamic Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive to join their Bangalore procurement team. With 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management, you will drive P2P processes and supplier negotiations.

You will create and release Purchase Orders in SAP MM, coordinate with stores, planning and accounts, and maintain procurement records in Excel while developing new vendors and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• We require 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
• SAP MM experience is mandatory.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordination and follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data and records in Excel.
• Developing new vendors and strengthening supplier base.
• Price analysis and negotiation with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
• Cross-functional coordination with stores, planning and accounts.
