The role requires 5–8 years in Real Estate or Building Construction, with a relevant graduate degree. Location is Shivajinagar, Pune, and the candidate should be hands‑on with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of core procurement experience in building construction or real estate.
• Degree/Diploma in Material Management or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials like steel, cement, bricks, and finishing items.
• Verify material requisitions against budgets and BOQ.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Identify, evaluate, and register vendors; invite quotations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Prepare procurement status reports for senior management.
• Monitor procurement expenses and coordinate with accounts for payments.

• Position: Purchase Officer
• Experience: 5 to 8 years (Mandatory in Real Estate / Building Construction)
• Education: Any Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Material Management or Civil Engineering is a plus)
• Location :Shivajinagar ,Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

Procurement & Material Management

• Source and procure construction materials like steel, cement, bricks, and finishing items.
• Verify material requisitions from hod against approved project budgets and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.

Vendor Management & Negotiation

• Identify, evaluate, and register reliable vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Invite quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Analyze market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Monitor procurement expenses against the allocation framework.
• Review and process vendor invoices, coordinating with the accounts team for timely payments.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement status reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of core procurement experience in a building construction or real estate firm.
• Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction raw materials, grades, and market rates.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (like SAP, High-rise, or customized construction ERPs) and MS Excel.
