Job summary

DMart in Pathankot is seeking a Profile-Purchase Executive to manage stock levels and vendor relations at a busy retail location. You will coordinate with store managers to ensure optimal displays and quantities, while handling POs and MIS reporting.

The role requires 0–5 years of experience and a commerce background, with a maximum age of 30. Ideal candidates will leverage ERP/SAP for procurement tasks, assist with billing and GRN processes, and contribute to cost optimization and supplier

• Knowledge of stock control and procurement processes.
• Experience using ERP/SAP for purchase orders and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves have the right stock quantities.
• Negotiate with vendors for best costs, margins and credit terms.
• Benchmark competitor pricing and adjust store strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with store managers on stock levels and displays.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) via ERP/SAP and maintain reports.
• Support GRN and payment follow-ups.
