Job summary

Salad Days in Gurgaon is seeking a Purchase Executive to manage daily procurement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies. You will raise POs, maintain purchase records, and coordinate with vendors for quotes, pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Operations and Accounts teams, maintain vendor data and MIS, and support cost-saving initiatives and alternate vendor development.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in FMCG/Food/Retail industry preferred.
