Position: Purchase Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
Location: Noida NSEZ

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement requirements.
• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available as required.
• Compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Coordinate with accounts, stores, and other departments for purchase-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, invoices, and supplier records.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchase requirements.
