Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficient MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and General items.
• Identify and evaluate suitable vendors/suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Production and other departments for material requirements.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and knowledge

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred
