Job summary

Beam Infotech in Gurugram, Haryana seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for electronics components and EMS suppliers. You will plan purchases, evaluate vendors, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and lead times.

Responsibilities include supplier identification, price negotiation, PO release, and coordination with ERP/SAP or similar systems to maintain accurate material availability and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase planning and vendor negotiation.
• Understanding of MRP, lead times, safety stock and shortage management.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or EMS components.

• Purchase planning, RFQ/RFQ comparison, PO preparation, order follow-up, and price negotiation with the vendor.
• Working experience with SAP, Tally, or ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Electronic Components.
• Vendor identification, development, evaluation, negotiation.
• Understanding of MRP, material requirements, lead time, safety stock and shortage management.
• Commercial negotiation with suppliers regarding price, lead time, MOQ, credit period and logistics.
• PO Relasing /tracking, supplier delivery follow-up, and expediting critical materials.
• Purchasing experience in EMS, PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, electrical/electronic components, or a similar industry.
