Job summary

Ananth Technologies in Bengaluru/Trivandrum is seeking a Purchase Executive to support procurement of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other production materials for aerospace, defence, and space programs.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up to ensure timely availability of materials. 5–7 years of experience in electronics procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience procuring electronic components and PCB/SMT materials.
• Good vendor management, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Source electronic components, PCBs, cables and production materials.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations; negotiate price, delivery and terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials delivery as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Stores and Finance.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and support vendor evaluation/qualification.
• Track shortages, pending orders, lead times and critical components.
• Support resolution of quality, delivery and commercial issues with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and support periodic MIS reporting.

Role Overview

Goodvendor-management,negotiation,andfollow-upskills.
FamiliaritywithERP/SAPandMicrosoftExcelisdesirable.
Understandingofimportprocurementandcomponentleadtimeswillbean
advantage.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/B.Comorequivalentqualificationwithrelevant
