Job summary

JITO in Chennai is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for lighting and architectural products. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the industry and strong negotiation skills.

You will oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate with internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required for successful execution of your duties.

• Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternate sourcing options to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, logistics, accounts) to meet procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and align procurement plans with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
