Job summary

Rama Mining Tools Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to assist in purchase order processing, supplier follow-up, and maintaining accurate vendor records. You will support stores with stock updates and coordinate with accounts for invoice verification, while contributing to basic MIS reporting.

The role requires a commerce/management background and 1–3 years of procurement experience, with familiarity in MS Excel and ERP systems. This is a full-time on-site position in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery status
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
• Coordinate with stores for inward material and stock updates
• Support vendor communication as instructed by the Senior Purchase Executive
• Prepare basic MIS reports and purchase tracking sheets
• Assist in comparing quotations and rate analysis
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up
• Handle routine operational and purchase-related activities
• Ensure proper filing of documents and system updates
