Job summary

Dermatouch is seeking a Purchase Executive to manage procurement, supplier coordination and timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging components. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms and raise purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in purchase/procurement, with experience in FMCG, Pharma, skincare, beauty or D2C. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP and Zoho is advantageous. Strong negotiation and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Skincare, Beauty or D2C preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP; Zoho adds advantage.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging components .
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for timely replenishment.
• Build strong vendor relationships and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities .
• Ensure purchased materials meet required quality and company standards.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth procurement operations.
