Job summary

FutureLeap Search in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead with 10+ years of experience to manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods. You will drive vendor management, negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization while coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Finance to ensure timely delivery and strong supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience in procuring packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Strong experience in vendor management, negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Industry preference: Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or related consumer products.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a high-growth/startup environment is preferred.
