Job summary

Rexel India is seeking a procurement professional with 5–8 years of experience to manage supplier relationships and RFQ execution. The role focuses on negotiating terms, expediting materials, and resolving supply, quality, and invoicing issues.

You will maintain MIS reports, optimize internal sourcing strategies, and ensure timely quotes and cost savings across our supplier base. Diploma or equivalent in related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Diploma / equivalent degree related to supply chain or procurement.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and relation-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Good supplier database and knowledge to execute the RFQs.
• Build a good relationship with the supplier for flawless material supply.
• Negotiate with the vendor to reduce payment terms, lead time, and cost.
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with suppliers if required.
• MIS reporting as per the requirement.
• Responsible for implementing internal sourcing strategies to cater to cost saving and timely quotes.
