Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier database and execute RFQs.
• Build strong supplier relationships for reliable supply.
• Negotiate to improve payment terms, lead times and cost.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with suppliers.
• Prepare MIS reports as required.
• Implement internal sourcing strategies for cost savings and timely quotes.

Job Description

1. Good supplier database and knowledge to execute the RFQs
2. Build a good relationship with the supplier for flawless material supply.
3. Negotiate with the vendor to reduce payment terms, lead time, and cost.
4. Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with suppliers if required.
5. MIS reporting as per the requirement.
6. Responsible for implementing internal sourcing strategies to cater to cost saving, timely quotes from the supplier, etc.
