Ambetronics Engineers in Mumbai seeks a Purchase Engineer (Electronics) to manage procurement of electronics, electrical, and mechanical components. You will handle PO, MRN, GRN, supplier quotes, negotiation, and approvals with production and project teams.

Strong vendor development and negotiation skills are required; familiarity with SAP, Excel, Tally is a plus. Candidate should understand technical details of electronics components and communicate effectively with suppliers, ensuring timely

Formación

• Degree or Diploma/ITI in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical/Instrumentation.
• Understand technical details of Electronics Components and vendor development.
• Good in negotiation and communication with suppliers.
• Able to coordinate with production and project teams for indent.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation.
• ISO-related purchasing documentation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic software tools for purchasing and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Purchase Order, MRN, GRN and related documents.
• Plan purchases and assist in budgeting with dept head.
• Obtain quotes, compare and negotiate supplier rates.
• Communicate with suppliers via mail and follow up on indent.
• Release supplier payments as per payment terms with accounts.
• Coordinate with store and quality teams on material QC.
• Maintain ISO-related purchase documentation.

Job Description

Our company is looking for a Purchase Engineer who is passionate and has good Technical knowledge for Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical Components. As a Purchase Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the technical details of Electronics Components, and Good in vendor Development and required Good Negotiation skills.

Qualification

Degree or Diploma/ITI/others in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical/Instrumentation

• 1) Purchase Order, MRN, GRN
• 2)Purchase Planning, Purchase Budgeting from process Head of dept.
• 3) Take Quote From Supplier, Quote Comparison and Negotiate For Rate, Rejection Material Replacement
• 4) Communicate with Supplier and Vendor on mail, Purchase Material As Per Indent getting from Production & Project Team
• 5) Release the Supplier Payments as per payment Term coordinating with account Team.
• 6) Coordinating with Store team and Quality team regarding Material QC, Rejection, MRN and GRN
• 7) ISO work related purchase dept maintain documents.

Key skills
